How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic shipping (US) should arrive within 1-2 weeks. International shipping should arrive within 2-4 weeks. USPS shipping times vary due to delays right now, so please be patient! 

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Yes! Usually, packages will clear customs without any issues - however, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may incur!

Where do you ship?

We accept orders from US, Canada, and most international countries with exception of EU/UK due to VAT.

Please check if your country is able to receive US imports before ordering! 

Australia and New Zealand have currently suspended their first class package shipping.

What happens if my order gets lost?
